There are multiple local taxi companies in Maidstone which will be able to transport you to the venue, and if you drive there is ample parking spaces at the venue for you to drive there and park up. We will have a taxi service supplied (no cost to you) in the evening to drop you off at any hotel you are booked at in the town centre, and if you park at the venue you will be able to leave this there overnight but you will need to pick it up by 10am the following morning.

When the invites get sent out later in the year we will include a menu with multiple food options, and different options for dietary requirements. And on those, we will ask for you to share with us any allergies and restrictions.

I wish, but sadly, weddings are expensive. We kindly ask that you pay attention to who is named on the envelopes on the Save The Dates & Wedding Invitations that you receive as these will be the only people on our guest list. And further on that, if we have put a plus one on your invitation; could you please confirm with us who this will be.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitted), while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. (However there will be a large outdoor area for drinks and games in-between the ceremony and reception.) Guests will walk to the garden on pebble/stone flooring, but will need to step on grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heals are not recommended.

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 14:00. We recommend arriving to the venue at least 30 minutes ahead if the ceremony start time.
