Laurin and I grew up together in the same neighborhood. Our moms also grew up in the same neighborhood, became besties and then moved down the street from each other as adults and got to raise us together🥹. Laurin and I would like to do the same, but she moved to North Carolina and I’ve been trying to get her to move back to MD ever since.

I am absolutely honored to have had a teammate, a best friend, & a brother like you. Whether we were throwing bullpens, embarrassing ourselves on the golf course, or picking up the pace with a power hour. I can promise you that we were laughing our asses off. I can’t wait to celebrate you and your beautiful bride-to-be. Congrats!!

HI! I met LC at Bridgewater specifically through the riding program and team. We got closer after working at the barn together and from all the long horse show days. I have too many stories of our crazy adventures to include her falling off a stranger’s back deck at JMU and having to wheel chair her back on our cruise from the Bahamas, but some of my favorite memories are being the third wheel on her and Tristan’s Smiley’s dates.

Hellooo! I’m Jemma, another fellow horse girlie who met LC at Bridgewater! We always have the craziest adventures and I love how we always pick up right where we left off, no matter how much time apart goes by. Probably one of my favorite memories was our wild cruise to the Bahamas!! Love you so much LC and I feel so blessed to be able to apart of you and Tristan’s day!!
Megan Heffernan -
Hi everyone!! I’m Megan, aka Heff, and I was Laurin’s college roommate for three years. I used to torture her by keeping the thermostat too low and staying up at all hours of the night, or by waking up too early to do homework. She especially liked when I would wait until right before class to do an assignment and go into panic mode 😂 We met freshman year through the riding team and bonded over pregaming in my tiny dorm room (with MJ) drinking strawberry kiwi Pinnacle. I can’t even try to remember all the dumb things we have done together but we’re always getting a good laugh out of whatever situation we end up in! I’m so lucky to call LC one of my best friends after all the growing up we had to do in college. It’s so special to have watched her and Tristan’s relationship from the beginning and i’m so honored to be part of the special day!

Hey y’all! I’m MJ… you guessed it another horse girlie (LC you really need a new hobby😂) I met LC at Bridgewater. I also knew Tristan since I had a lot of friends on the baseball team! I couldn’t have imagined a better match and I loved being able to see their relationship grow from the beginning!! The horse girls collectively spent more time at the barn than we did in class, which made college way more bearable. My time at Bridgewater wouldn’t have been the same without her! I could always count on LC for a good talk or an even better laugh. She is a one of a kind, true friend. No matter where we may end up I know we can always pick up right where we left off. This is one of my favorite memories of when LC and I first became friends. The picture is from freshman year when we were holding horses and attempting to stay warm - little did we know this was only the start of the countless horse shows we would be at and better yet the start of a lifelong friendship. I am so excited to be a part of her and Tristan’s special day!

Hey y’all! I’m Clare! Laurin and I share grandparents (my grandpa married her grandma!) 🤭 Before Laurin went to her grad program at UNC, she moved in with me and our grandparents in Calabash NC!!! We had the pleasure of going through quarantine and basically all of covid together which brought us closer than I could ever imagine! When we weren’t allowed to go to the beach during quarantine we laid out in the drive way and named it “Walton beach,” where we spent all of our day tanning, making food, silly drinks and soaking it all in. Laurin’s positivity and and silliness made that crazy time a lot easier, I couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else! LOVE U LAUWINNN and Twistan!! I can’t wait to be a part of the big day!
Marlee -
Hey guys! I’m Marlee. I met LC in graduate school at UNC. We bonded over margaritas and a general distaste for doing grad school via zoom. Tristan and Laur moved into the same apartment complex as my fiancé and I and our dogs quickly became buds. Made the second year of school much easier! Now we are both dietitians figuring out this world together. I truly don’t know what I would do without LC’s radiant smile, positive energy, and hilarious commentary. Cant wait to support Laurin and Tristan’s special day!!

I met Tristan during my first year of college. Some might say we suffered through three long years together on the baseball team. We always had a great time making the most of every situation. Nothing will ever come close to the hikes on Hone Quarry.
Tristan and Laurin are great people filled with nothing but love and laughter. I can’t wait to see what they accomplish together. I love you both, and I’m always here for you all. I can't wait to celebrate.

I met Tristan my freshman year of college and we hit it off right from the start. Whether it was our obsession with Fifa or our identical sense of humor it was always a good time when we were together. Tristan was there when I fell asleep with a cookout quesadilla in my hand and he was there when we both procrastinated our senior PDP paper to quite literally the last possible night. I love this man like a brother and I’m so excited for his wonderful future with Laurin!

I met Tristan my freshman year at Bridgewater and let me tell you it would have not been the same without him. Tristan and I were roommates from our sophomore year until he graduated! Tristan was there for a lot of my first in college, even my first time watching Zootopia 😉. Watching Tristan and Laurin’s relationship grow was one of the greatest honors a friend could have. I love them both and I can’t wait to watch them flourish!

Growing up with Tristan as my little brother meant always being on the run. Whether it be hunting, weekend travel ball tournaments or the occasional bullpen where I would catch. All of which made him into the hardworking man that I’m proud to call him my little brother!

In the 26 years I've known Laurin, I've watched her grow from the noisy little baby I once knew into a sweet, kind-hearted person that I am happy to call my sister. I never expected her to find somebody as kind and charming at Tristan, though in hindsight, maybe it was his own kindness that rubbed off on her! You are both truly blessed to have each other, and Laurin, I couldn't be more proud of you.
