From meeting in high school, to going to college together, to building a life together, Connor and Lauryn have been through it all going on 12 years! Connor and Lauryn met through mountain bike team that was hosted at his high school in Lyons. He was shy, and Lauryn was just trying to keep up. Once they got through the awkward stages of meeting and had become friends, it was then that he began coming to all of her cyclocross races (even with 4am wake up times), and both sets of parents were wondering "when are they going to date?". As Lauryn was unable to follow the script Connor had planned in his head to ask her out, it finally happened after a cross race where Lauryn bit the bullet and asked him out. From there you can guess what happened. They both moved to Durango where they built upon their relationship going through school, jobs and of course the fun activities that Durango had to offer. They made it through some long distance when Lauryn moved to Aurora for a summer when she started PT school, and once Connor got through the summer busy season he also moved up north. Once able, after all of schooling was done, they both had successful jobs and they bought a house together, and then they decided it was finally time to make a wedding happen!
