Important things to know
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes, Doors open for guest entry 45 mins. prior to the ceremony time…once the ceremony begins there will be no guest entrance until it is complete. If you arrive late for whatever reason, you can join us for cocktail hour which begins immediately following the ceremony as well as the dinner reception.
Is it ok to video record or ‘go live’ to social media during the actual ceremony?
No, it is not ok. We would love to share our sacred experience with uninvited guest at our own time. There is a ‘hired’ videographer recording and a professional view that we will choose to share via social platforms. Be excited for us and live in the moment —hands free of cell phones and social media.
Is parking available at the event space?
Yes please see the posted map.
There is a gravel parking lot directly across from the venue, and another parking lot right next to it. There is also another parking lot not too far for overflow. Please note the wedding is on a Sunday so all street parking is free, please take advantage it. Visible security will be provided at the front entrance for this event.
Bar drinks are on us, please tip
We have already paid for you to enjoy the evening with food and drinks. Every drink at the bar (alcohol and non-alcohol) is on us. We require that you tip a dollar or two for EACH alcohol drink that you ask for from the bartenders.
A tip jar will be conveniently located at each bar.
Below are the non-alcoholic options we have at the bar:
Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, Cranberry, Lemonade, Pineapple, Tonic water and Ginger Ale.
(Sour, Grenadine, Lime/Lemon slices added upon request)
Alcohol options: Choose from 3 different beers and 3 different wines.
Punch and water are self-serve from the buffet (during dinner time only).
