When is the RSVP due?
We ask that these be returned or completed online no later than July 25th.
If we do not receive a response by then, we will place you as a "no", but hope to see you on the dance floor after the meal is concluded at 7:30 PM
How far is the ceremony from the reception hall?
About a 15 minute minute drive
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We ask that you be seated no later than 3:45 PM as it will start promptly at 4:00 PM
Will there be a social hour between the ceremony and dinner?
Yes, 1 hour, starting at 5PM. There will be a fully stocked and ready bar waiting for you!
Will there be an open bar?
Unfortunately, no. We will designate free drinks during the cocktail hour only. We do have unlimited coffee, pop, and lemonade though!
WHAT ARE THE MEAL CHOICES?
We are offering 2 options: Pork Tender Loin or Boursin Chicken.
Regardless of the entree you choose, the meal will come with a caesar salad, garlic whipped potatoes, and honey glazed carrots.
Kids meal option includes chicken strips, fries, and fruit.
What if I have a special dietary restriction?
Please note it on your RSVP card so we can accommodate appropriately. Please reach out with any questions or concerns!
CAN I BRING KIDS OR A PLUS ONE?
All guests and plus ones will be named specifically on invitations, which includes children. Unfortunately, with limited space and seating, we had to limit invites.
Will lodging be available?
We are not setting up a traditional "room block". But we are working with the Hamptons Inn and Hilton in St. Cloud, with a 10-15% discounted rate for our wedding guests. Please refer to the "Travel" section for the link and more information!
Will there be a shuttle from the reception to the hotels?
Yes, there will be a free shuttle running from The Grands to the Hampton Inn and Hilton for 2 consecutive hours, starting 1 hour before the last dance.
Am I allowed to take photos?
Yes! But please be aware and considerate of our professional photographer as she will take priority.
We also ask you to be mindful and respectful with photos as we will be in a church.
If you do take photos, please consider sending them to us for us to enjoy our big day through your eyes at a later time!
Can I post on social media?
Absolutely! We do have one request though: please use our hashtag in the comment! #HappilyEverHeng
Does my baby need a meal?
If you have a child that you don't believe will need their own meal and/or will be eating from your plate AND can sit on your lap, you will need to RSVP "declined" in order for a meal not to be ordered.
