Our Wedding

It all started when keifer was this meek cashier at H&H. I was head over heels since day one. It took us working in the same building for 3 1/2 years before we even had conversation. It was the fall of 2023 and I made a goal to get in his head. I wanted him to know I was in love. We were both just so quiet, no one would break the ice. Eventually, I started to open up more and become comfortable. I started staying late after work with the other guys and keifer while they were moving walls at the time. Obviously I didn’t care nothing about overtime, I just wanted to spend more time with keifer. Christmas parade roles around and we prepare for our float at work. We work together, alongside others all day on it. By that afternoon, I had manipulated the schedule enough that it just so happens to work out everyone had a ride to the parade except me… so you know who I asked for a ride…. Keifer. That was just the beginning. I think that night was the beginning of our forever. I couldn’t get him off my mind. Ladies night at H&H comes around and this night was 100% truly how he found out I was like kind of in love with him…. All thanks to my mamaw. My mamaw has always had something to say, thank God she opened her mouth this time! It was the middle of ladies night, it’s late, everyone’s dancing and partying. Her and keifer were standing together and she was trying to get him to dance. He kindly declined and went on about how he’s not much of a dancer. Nobody knows where it came from or why she just said it, but as clear as day she states “there’s someone here that is kind of obsessed with you.” In that moment, he knew. The rest is history. He asked me out a week later. It still haunts me to this day that he knew I liked him for a week while I was trying to be “nonchalant” about my flirting lol! With that being said, I’ll address the elephant in the room… “why are we getting married so young…?” I love him. He’s my person. He loves me. I’m his person. God has blessed and provided for us tremendously. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with him. My soul longs for him in every second and in every moment.
