You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers!

How Do I RSVP?

A formal invitation will go out around December 2025. In the invitation will be an RSVP/Details card for how to rsvp on our website, which was also sent with Save the Dates.

When Do I Have To RSVP By?

Please RSVP ASAP! But the deadline is February 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No”, so we can plan accordingly.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Although the ceremony starts at 5:30, we recommend that guests arrive 30 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can find parking, find your seat & enjoy music before the proceedings.

Is The Venue Indoor Or Outdoor?

The ceremony will be held at the gazebo outside, followed by cocktail hour. The reception will be in the ballroom inside.

What Should I Wear?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits or dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, elegant cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind of the venues vibe and weather. If you’re unsure, it is always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Please avoid whites, creams and ivory for the bride-this is her day! Also reserve yellows, blues & dusty rose/mauve for the wedding party & parents.

Can I Bring A Date?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest “ if a plus one has been given to you. And please pay attention to the names on your invitation, as those names listed are the only invited.

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away and silenced during our wedding ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Can I Park Overnight?

Yes, overnight parking is allowed and encouraged if you plan on drinking. The venue just asks you to pick up your vehicles before their next event that next day.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

There will be a cash bar where guests will pay for their drinks with cash only, and we will have the bar stocked with liquor we know our guests will drink. Don’t forget your cash!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, only the children included in the wedding party will be invited, thank you for understanding!
