From Grass Valley:

Take HWY 49 North towards Nevada City and turn left to continue on HWY 49 North for 16 miles.

Turn Right onto Tyler Foote Rd.

In 2.4 miles, turn right onto Purdon Rd.

In 1.6 miles, veer right onto Montezuma Lane.

22434 is towards the end of the road on the right.
