Lucas and Leah met in the fall of 2019 after he "super liked" her on a dating app. They met at Amelie's for their first date and stayed up until 4:00am talking. Shortly after, Leah asked Lucas to hang out again and he turned her down because his mom was making mac-n-cheese for dinner (this is one of Leah's favorite stories to tell.)

When they hung out a second time, Leah told Lucas they could never date, but would love to still spend time with him. This grew from weekly visits to full weekend stays together.

A year later, Leah and Lucas finally started dating They love to spend their weekends together reading at coffee shops, playing games at breweries, traveling, and doing escape rooms. Finally, after 4 years of dating, Lucas proposed in a botanical garden.

Together they have been through various stages in life, heartbreak, happiness, confusion, and have always come out the other side stronger than ever. Each day is a conscious choice to keep choosing and loving each other.

This year, on October 24th, they will choose each other again for their rest of their lives! Can't wait to celebrate with you all!
