We met while pursuing our undergraduate degrees at Viterbo Unversity. After graduating undergrad, we both went on to pursue our respective professional degrees at the Unversity of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We stayed together during this time and managed a long distance relationship for 5 years. In March of 2019 we found out that Ben matched for his Orthopedic Surgical residency in Morgantown, West Virginia at WVU. We moved to WV in the following months and have been enjoying the mountains ever since. We got engaged on June 16th, 2023.
