Marcus has been a dear friend of mine since we were in 7th grade. After high school we both ended up in Austin Tx where we became roommates and lived as roommates again when we returned to Lubbock Tx. Marcus and his husband Ignacio have lived in Florida for the past several decades and we see them as often as possible. We have been through many of life's memorable moments together and Eddie and I are so blessed to have them both as part of our lives.

My awesome brother Shane will be walking me down the isle, acting in the place of our beautiful father Richard Bowers who we lost in 1986. Shane and his wife Paula mean so much to both Eddie and I and we are so fortunate to have such a close relationship to them both.
