Cord and Leah first met sophomore year at Berea College when they worked together at the school's recreation center. They spoke casually, but their relationship didn't bloom until three years after graduation, all thanks to Instagram.

During one of Cord's live Instagram videos, Leah (after a few glasses of wine) popped in and commented, "Hey, we used to work together at Berea! Do you remember me?" Cord replied, "Yeah, I remember you! Hit me up after this!" Leah admits she just thought Cord was being nice, so she had no intention of messaging him. She woke up the next morning to a message on Instagram from Cord and that's where it began!

Their first date was to a Cincinnati Reds baseball game which became an annual occasion throughout their years together. As the relationship bloomed, they discovered each other's competitiveness and expressed that through anything from escape rooms to sports to board games. Since most of their relationship has been long distance, they love spending quality time together whether that be playing disc golf, traveling, or watching movies on the weekends - especially Harry Potter! Each of them brought a fur baby into the relationship: Moose (a cane corso) and Gryff (a poodle/pyrenees), who are the goodest boys and will be a part of the big day!

At some point, Cord fell so in love that he forgot about his fear of roller-coasters, and now one of their favorite things to do together is visit new theme parks, especially Universal Studios in Orlando. Cord actually proposed to Leah on one of their favorite rollercoasters at this park in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (although he did forget most of the words he planned to say).

Cord and Leah have grown so much in the past three years together and are so excited to showcase their love throughout their day. They can't wait to celebrate with you!
