Adam and Leah first met in middle school with their paths continually crisscrossing throughout high school, college, and restaurant jobs, all the way until they worked at the same company.

For years they would find each other at mutual friend's gatherings and out at the bars, always catching up and being friendly.

In 2019, everything changed. They both found themselves single and interested in the same kinds of activities. The main one being running. Leah would coordinate weekend group runs and began inviting Adam along, and Adam would invite her to the weekly Grenade races at a local brewery.

After a few months of hanging out and flirting, Leah and Adam knew that they had found their person.
