Kindly note that this will be an adult-only ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun &amp; relaxing evening with us! Formal black tie attire is requested. Our Wedding

💍 Our Story… 1. How did you two meet?We met in high school in 2018 and quickly became best friends. After months of secretly having feelings for Aj, I finally worked up the courage to tell him how I felt- and the rest is history. From friendship to forever, we’ve been by each other's side ever since! 2. What was your first date like?Our first date was after my brother’s baseball game. We went to Dairy Queen for blizzards and spent the whole time laughing through our nervousness. It was simple and explains us well. 3. What are your favorite things to do together?Some of our favorite things to do together are golfing, going on ice cream dates, cuddling up on the couch watching tv, and taking trips together to make new memories. 4. What’s something you love most about each other?Bride: What I love most about Aj is how genuine and caring he is. He is always willing to help me and anyone around him without hesitation. He never fails to make me laugh, always knows how to cheer me up, and is constantly there for me whenever I need him. I love how kind-hearted and dependable he is, and honestly I just love him so much. He does most of the talking for the both of us - which works out perfectly because I'm usually happy to stand there and nod along LOL. I wouldn't change it for the world!Groom: What I love most about Leah is how honest and empathetic she can be. She has given me a fresh perspective on a lot of things about myself and things still to come in our lifetime that I was missing before. It helps me realize that having her in my life completes the other half I was missing. But my favorite thing is about how much you care for others. You have a deep and respectable connection to be able to feel how someone else might and regardless of the situation, still try to help because it is who you are. A caretaker, a nurturer and the most loving person I could have asked for. 5. What’s a funny or memorable moment from your relationship?One of my favorite memories with Aj was after a bonfire one summer night. He was driving me home in (Sheila) his red Camaro with the convertible top down, and I remember feeling so sad because summer was ending and he was leaving for college soon. Out of nowhere, he stopped at a stop sign, looked at me, and asked me to be his girlfriend. Of course I was beyond excited at the moment, but after all these years we still laugh about the fact he literally asked me out at a stop sign. 6. Tell us about the proposal!Aj proposed during a weekend getaway at a cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. While we were out all day exploring and doing fun activities together, my mom and two sisters secretly drove all the way there to surprise me and set everything up for Aj. When we got back to the cabin, I walkedinto the sweetest surprise and one of the most special moments of our lives. 7. What are you most excited about for your future together?As we look toward the future, we're most excited to keep building a life together filled with love, growth, new experiences, and lots of memories. We look forward to traveling and one day starting a family of our own. 8. Describe your relationship in 3 words.GenuinePlayfulLoving 9. Any message for your guests?We feel incredibly blessed to celebrate this special chapter surrounded by the people we love most. To our family and friends who have supported, encouraged, and cheered us on from the very beginning - thank you! Your love and guidance in our life means more to us than words can express. We are so grateful to share this day with each other and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone!

Hi everyone, I’m Logan — better known as Leah’s annoying younger brother and somehow, the Best Man. Leah has always been my rock, and I couldn’t be happier to officially gain AJ as a brother. I can’t wait to see what their future holds & am excited for what’s to come. One of my favorite memories with them is our Monday nights spent watching The Rookie… and me constantly telling AJ to stop talking. On the wedding day, if you can’t find me, just check near the cupcakes — I’ll definitely be there.

Logan Hobbs

Hey everyone! My name is Gracie. I am Leah’s sister and Maid of Honor. I’ve know her since birth, quite literally. My favorite memory with her and AJ would definitely be playing like kids in the ocean in Destin, FL a few years back. There is no age limit for boogie boarding and acting like dolphins! On the day of the wedding, you’ll probably find me crying like a baby the whole day. I kid you not. I know I will not be able to hold it together! 

Gracie Hobbs

Hi there! I’m Brooke - most know me as Leah’s eldest sister. I am her Matron of Honor, aka the already married Bridesmaid. I’ve witnessed Leah & AJ’s relationship in its entirety & couldn’t have paired them better myself. My favorite memories with them include all the game nights we’ve had over the years & the drunken shenanigans we’ve shared. On the wedding day if I’m not bossing vendors around you’ll likely find me happy crying on the dance floor! 🥂

Brooke Hobbs-Ramirez

I’m Jesus, Leah’s brother-in-law & fellow groomsman. Leah has basically been like a little sister to me, so it’s been fun (and slightly chaotic) watching her grow up and now getting to see her marry a great guy. One of my favorite early memories is them sneaking around and somehow always coincidentally tagging along on dates with her sister and I. On the wedding day, I’ll be the one cheering them on with a Modelo in hand. 🍻

Hi! I’m Hailey, Leah’s best friend and one of her bridesmaids. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Leah since our junior high days, and we’ve been making memories ever since. From battling it out on the volleyball court to finding our next adventure out on the town, there’s never been a dull moment with her. Watching her find her perfect match has been such a joy, and I’m so excited to celebrate this next chapter. On the wedding day, you’ll find me on the dance floor, laughing as I try not to trip over my own feet.

Hi! I’m Kaleb, one of the groomsmen. I’ve known Aj since we were little kids, and some of my favorite memories with him are the countless summers spent playing baseball and the many nights gathered around bonfires. It’s been amazing to watch Aj and Leah grow together over the years, and I’m honored to stand by his side on such an important day. At the wedding, you’ll probably find me trying to work up the courage to hit the dance floor. Which after a few drinks, shouldn’t be a problem!

Hi! I’m Taylor, the groom’s big sister & one of the Bridesmaids! I’ve been “torturing” AJ since day one, but now we’re basically built-in best friends. I’ve always been the wild one while AJ played it safe, so some of my favorite memories are dragging him into my many adventures. I couldn’t be more excited to cheer on him and Leah as they embark on their greatest adventure yet! On the wedding day you’ll likely find me & my mini tearing up the dance floor. 🤍

Hi! I’m Grant, one of the groomsmen. I’ve known the groom my whole life, and some of my favorite memories are playing wiffle ball in Grandma and Grandpa’s backyard—those were the good days. I’m really proud of the man he’s become and so happy for him & Leah. On the wedding day, you’ll probably find me wherever the food is… just follow the snacks.

When should I RSVP?Please RSVP by AUGUST 20th, so we can finalize our celebration details. What time should I arrive?Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Ceremony time is 4:30pm Where is the wedding taking place?Our wedding will be held at Maple Lane Farm in Urbana, Ohio. What is the dress code?We kindly invite guests to dress in formal black-tie attire with a rustic touch. Floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, or tuxes are all welcome—please keep the barn setting in mind when choosing footwear. Is the celebration indoors or outdoors?Our celebration will take place both indoors and outdoors throughout the evening. Are children invited?While we love your little ones, we are respectfully hosting an adults-only celebration. Can I bring a guest?Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Will food and drinks be served?Dinner and drinks will be provided as we celebrate together.
