While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we’ve chosen to have an adults-only celebration. We would like to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears.

In our effort to keep our celebration intimate, your invitation is specifically only for who is listed. We kindly ask that no additional guests be brought to the event. Thank you for understanding!

RSVP’s are all done online through our website under the RSVP section. Start by searching your name and follow through the prompts to let us know if you will be celebrating with us on our special day! RSVP’s are due no later than April 24th.

There will be a hotel block set aside for 20 rooms available with a discount at the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Janesville. This hotel is only 2 blocks from the venue! To book, call the hotel directly at 608-757-2200 and give them block code HOEKS250525-161053. As long as you book your hotel before APRIL 25th, you are able to get the discounted rate.

Our bar package we selected has complimentary beer and wine choices available throughout the night. The remainder of options will be available as a cash bar. The venue only accepts cash, NO cards. They have an ATM on site, but to avoid additional charges you can prepare by bringing cash with you.

The attire is semi-formal/cocktail. We want you to be comfortable at our wedding, but still dress to impress! It’s a chance to dress up without needing a tuxedo or ballgown. Ceremony and reception will both be taking place indoors, but there is a patio area outside available to enjoy drinks and games.
