Our Wedding

Our story started in April 2024 at the Tennessee Tech BCM. It was the annual pie auction fundraiser for missions, and he spent $80 just to pie me in the face! After I spent about five minutes cleaning up in the bathroom, I came out to find him still waiting for me &#8212; just so he could ask for my number and take me on a date.
 
The very next day, we went on that date to Texas Roadhouse and spent the evening driving around town, talking for hours. Before the night ended, he asked if I&#8217;d go on a second date &#8212; of course, I said yes!
 
A week or two later, we went to a local breakfast spot and then hiking. By then, I already knew I really liked this guy. From there, our story just keeps growing. We had many Taco Bell runs,&#160; Connect Four competitions (I&#8217;ll let you guess who usually won), and long drives. 
 
That summer, he went on a mission trip to India. Neither of us knew exactly how the distance would go, but we ended up talking almost every single day &#8212; long calls filled with laughter, stories, and encouragement. It was during that time apart that he realized he loved me, even from halfway across the world.
 
When he came back two months later, he planned a special date and asked me to officially be his girlfriend. That was an easy yes! 
 
A year and one month later, he asked me another big question &#8212; and this time, it was an even easier yes. &#128141;
