Please plan to arrive to the venue between 3:45pm and 4:45pm. Guests will not be permitted into the venue between 5pm-5:30pm.

Between 3:30-4:45pm and from 10:30pm-12am, private shuttles will be provided to and from the venue from Laurel Heights Secondary School parking lot. (650 Laurelwood Dr, Waterloo, Ontario.) Please contact Leah by July 10th through RSVP or at lhbn2024@gmail.com if you require exceptional private parking arrangements close to the venue.

Yes, your ride may drop you off at the end of the laneway on Berlett's Road. Please do not have vehicles proceed down our laneway as turn-around options are limited on the day of the event.

We appreciate you making arrangements for your kids, and understanding our limit on +1's in order to curate our vision for our special day and not exceed our personal venue's capacity.

In lieu of a sit-down dinner, multiple wonderfully crafted food stations will be served free-range at dinner hour and throughout the evening to satisfy all appetites and pallets. Therefore, we do not require a meal selection prior to the event. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are included.
