GOLDEN SUPERIOR JUNIOR SUITE KING SIZE

Golden Junior Suites&nbsp;These 656 sq. ft. suites overlook the golden meandering swimming pool as well as a natural lagoon and it’s mangrove. A great view can be enjoyed from the balcony. Located on the second floor, have either a King size bed or two double beds. All suites have a two person whirlpool in the bathroom; some are opened to the bedroom and some are totally enclosed in the bathroom.

GOLDEN JUNIOR SUITE

Golden Swim-up Junior Suite King&nbsp;656 sq.ft. Exactly the same as a Golden Junior Suite but located on the ground floor. King size beds only. A grassed area with two lounge chairs separates the terrace from the meandering swimming pool only steps away. Three Handicap Junior Suites with two double beds are also available in this category, one in each building. Bathroom with shower only. They connect to a King size bed Swim-Up Junior Suite.

GOLDEN SWIM-UP JUNIOR SUITE KING SIZE

516-square-foot&nbsp;Deluxe Junior Suite&nbsp;Recently remodeled in an elegant style and perfect for friends/family. Closed bathroom with an hydro-massage bathtub for 1 person. Wireless Bluetooth speaker system. Third floor junior suites have king size beds only, while first and second floors have either one king or two double beds. Balcony or ground floor terrace. Five handicap Junior Suites equipped with two double beds which can be connected to a King size bed Junior Suite by a common door.

DELUXE JUNIOR SUITE

516-square-foot&nbsp;SilverJunior Suite&nbsp;Ideally located for those wishing to be closer to the restaurants, yet close to the pools, with about a 4 minute walk to the beach. King size beds only. Open concept bathroom with a two person whirlpool set between the bedroom and bathroom with a sheer curtain allowing for partial privacy. Balcony or ground floor terrace. Two handicap junior suites with King size beds are available, one in each building; they connect to a Silver Junior Suite with King size bed by a common door.

SILVER JUNIOR SUITE KING SIZE

516-square-foot&nbsp;Silver Superior Junior Suite&nbsp;(516 sq. ft. / 48m2) Recently remodeled in a colorful fashionable style with new decor. 55” flat screen TV. Wireless Bluetooth Speaker system. USB connectors. “Grohe” thermostatic rain shower. Ideally located in building 1, close to most of the restaurants and main services. King size beds only, “open concept” bathroom with a two person jetted bathtub set between the bedroom and bathroom with a sheer curtain allowing partial privacy. 130 sq. feet / 12 m2 balcony or ground floor terrace with new hurricane resistant laminated tempered glass doors. A wheelchair adapted Deluxe Junior Suite equipped with roll-in shower is located in the Silver Superior section. It connects to a king size bed Silver Junior Suite.

April 8th, 2017 Ryan's college roommates (Kevin Khron, Tanner Jensen, and Trevor Groschen) decided that it would be fun to have a party. Well, thank god they did because they created the Landherr love story... The couple met in Ryan's apartment at that party and they began to become friends. As many of you know, Ryan is easy to talk to so of course they hit it off and decided to keep in contact over the summer (Ryan graduated and Leah finished 1st year of college). Weeks later, Leah asked Ryan to come to the Heilig's cabin for a weekend and this is where they became "Boyfriend/Girlfriend" on June 20, 2017. Fast forward 6 months to when Ryan and Leah moved in together into their Eagle Lake townhouse where they lived for 3 years. While in Eagle Lake, they got 2 cats (Rosie and Juju), Leah went through the rest of college, Ryan tried out a few jobs, and they grew closer and closer to friends and family, as well as enjoyed their lives TOGETHER. Next chapter: Leah graduated in 2020 and they headed off on an adventure to Arizona. While they were there they met some great people, hiked a lot, and enjoyed all the sun, but there was always something missing... and it was all their family, friends, and all the aspects of Minnesota. The couple decided to pack up all their belongings and drove across the US again, this time taking the scenic route :) They got back and were greeted by many dearly missed friends and family. So now what you ask... Maybe it's time for a proposal? Well, that is what Ryan thought too, woohoo! On April 11, 2021, Ryan took Leah on a walk at the river bluffs trail in Chanhassen. He told her how much he loved her and how much he looked forward to a life together. Leah responded with love and compassion back. Ryan asked "Will you be my WIFE" and Leah responded with YES!
