Adam and I meet in the fall of 2021 on Bumble(online). Me being a True Crime aficionado decided that it would be great to have our first date in a park at dusk. Luckily I didn't die and I'm still here. It was covid and I wanted a date where we didn't have to wear a mask, we later moved over to Bridgeport Village as the park was getting very dark.

We made it official in December. We alternated between Silverton and St. Helens on the weekends to spend time with each other. In December of 2022 Adam proposed in Leavenworth, WA while we were on an anniversary trip.

In February of 2023 we purchased a house together in Oregon City. It was Leah, Adam and Belle and in March we added Ginger to the household.

We had planned to get married 9/28/24 on my Grandpa Earl's birthday. Adam's best friend Jon found out that he was due to be deployed before our wedding date, so we decided to move it up to 9/28/23 in order to have there for our special day. (Luckily Jon is no longer being deployed and we were so glad we got to have him by our side on our special day.)

We got married on a Thursday with close family and friends since it was a short notice change of date. The day was perfect with the rain holding off for the ceremony on the redwood deck in Washington park. We spent our honeymoon in Disneyland with Mickey and Minnie!

In March we found out we would be adding to our family in December 2024.

And there is where we are today! We wanted to have an Anniversary party for all the family and friends we weren't able to have with us on our special day.
