ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATED AT THE SAME PLACE?

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hidden Greens Event Venue!

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK?

Please park in the large parking lot located in front of the venue. If parking seems limited there is also over flow parking on site.

ARE YOU HAVING AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR CEREMONY?

We will be having an outdoor ceremony if weather permits. Please dress accordingly with the weather!

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION? WHAT KIND OF FOOD?

Food and drinks will be served at the receptions. Beer and wine will be on us for the evening. For our main course we will be having roast beef and gravy and chicken penne alfredo served with mashed potatoes and gravy, beans and carrots, corn, caesar salad, and broccoli sunflower salad.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After the ceremony we will have a cocktail/social hour where we will be able to mingle!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, no jeans please

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Yes we have rooms blocked off at the Hastings Country inn. Please call the hotel to reserve your room. The block off code for the discount is Austin Perry Wedding.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED BETWEEN TO/FROM THE HOTEL?

Transportation to and from the hotel and venue will run from 2-3 pm and again at 10:45pm-12:15am. A 16-passenger van & a 6-passenger van will be provided by Smartride. If you plan to leave a vehicle at the hotel prior to the wedding, please arrive at 2:00 so you are assured a ride to the wedding venue in time for the 3:30 ceremony. Vehicles can be left overnight at the venue as long as they are gone by 10:00am Sunday.
