Robert and Leah met at their gym, Iron Tactics. Robert is a coach there and Leah had just become a member. Leah's brother in law, Chris, decided to send Robert a message on Instagram to set them up.

Leah and Robert went on their first date to Juanita's in Riverton. Ironically, Leah hated this restaurant but didn't want to be the one to decide where to go. They followed dinner with drinks by the river and then Robert's favorite ice cream place, The Custard Stand, which is now Leah's favorite spot thanks to him. They enjoyed their date so much they just had to see each other again the next day.

After just four months, Robert asked Leah to move in with him (and his two roommates). Shortly after, the pandemic hit and it was time to put their relationship to the test. They were grateful for all the time they got to spend together. A few months later, they decided to start looking for a house to buy together. In a quick turn around they sold Robert's first house and moved to Cinnaminson where they plan to raise their future family.
