Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 5:20 but no later than 5:50. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Ian and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

We encourage our guests to dress their best formal/garden party! We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or t-shirts.

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour.

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held outdoors with a covered pavilion area.

There will be free on-site parking available.

We will be making our exit at 10:00pm and our vendors will begin breaking down at that same time.
