We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1st at the very latest. It would be most helpful for vendor planning and coordination if you RSVP as soon as you can!

If we do not receive your RSVP within the date provided (July 1st), we will consider it as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

We are planning an adults-only Ceremony and Reception, so we won't be able to extend an invite past anyone specifically addressed on the formal invitation. We ask that our guests respect this and make child care arrangements for the evening. Even if your child is over the age of 18 and not technically a child, if there is not the option to RSVP for them on this website or if their name doesn't appear on the "Your Party" card in the invitation, we unfortunately cannot host them! While we love our little ones, the only children we will be able to accommodate are the ones in the wedding!

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within our budget and the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend the wedding festivities. You can find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on the "Your Party" card in your formal invitation and when you RSVP under the RSVP tab. If this persons name is not on the "Your Party" card, if you do not receive a "Your Party" card in your invitation, or if there is not a guest to RSVP for under the "RSVP" tab, we ask that you attend alone and mingle with your other family members in attendance. If you received a plus one, you will find a "Your Party" card in your invitation and they will appear when you RSVP. If you are still wondering if you can bring a plus one, please contact Leeann or Ryan personally!

Please arrive to Morgan Samuels Inn & Venue between 5:30 p.m and 5:45 p.m to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Morgan Samuels! Please take the entrance off of 4169 County Road 46 and you will see parking in the grass to the left at the end of the long driveway! The entrance off of Smith Road will not be accessible due to road closures. Please put the following address in your GPS to ensure you enter from the correct road 4169 County Rd. 46, Canandaigua NY 14424.

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! The bar will be serving for 5 hours. If you are not invited to stay the night at the venue (immediate family only), please make accommodations by booking a stay nearby through the 'Travel' tab on this website, and/or arrange to have a ride or a DD! Morgan Samuels Inn and Venue has a very strict no outside alcohol policy. No guest is allowed to bring their own alcohol to the ceremony or the reception celebrations. Even if you keep it in your car and frequent visits to the parking area, you are at risk of being asked to leave by our venue coordinator if you do not respect this rule. It is for insurance and legal serving purposes, we ask that you please oblige!

Dress to Impress! The dress code for our wedding day is cocktail/semi-formal We ask that men do not wear jeans but can wear light colored dress or chino pants and button up short or long sleeve shirts with a suit or sport jacket being optional. Ladies can wear dresses or gowns at cocktail, midi, or floor length. We ask that you do not wear a casual sundress and avoid casual fabrics such as cotton. Ladies, if it is acceptable to wear it to the ice cream shop, to a baby shower, or a family reunion, then it is not formal enough to wear to the wedding. If you are concerned about wearing heels in grass, please opt for a block heel. We ask that you dress at a caliber higher than casual. Fun patterns, sequins, embellishments, and fun accessories are welcome! If you need visual examples, please head to the 'Wedding Inspiration' tab! Also, feel free to dress within the color scheme, if you'd like!

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place outdoors. If the weather persists, the ceremony is set to happen on a flat area of grass near the mansion, and the reception will happen underneath the tent.

Yes! We are having a bridal shower! Please RSVP to the Bridal shower under the RSVP tab! In addition, you can find our online registry under the registry tab! It will have direct links to the products for you to purchase online and ship to your doorstep!

How thoughtful! Of course you can! If you'd like to purchase a gift on our registry, you should have the option to ship it to our home address (76 West Main Street, LeRoy New York, 14482). You are also more than welcome to bring an envelope to the wedding, we will have a spot dedicated for envelope drop offs!

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony and any other important and impactful moments, such as speeches or first dances. It is extremely important to us that our guests are fully present during these moments. We are trusting a professional photographer to capture these moments for us to look back on forever, we would hate for our photos to capture our guests in the background with all of their devices out and pointed at us rather than admiring with their own eyes! We will share our photos of these moments with you, so don't worry about capturing these moments yourself! We want our photographer to capture the looks on your faces during these moments and that might be difficult when you're focused on your screen!

Yes! We will be accommodating all types of dietary restrictions to meet everyone's needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are invited to attend the Rehearsal Dinner, you will have received a card within your invitation stating so and you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
