Dress code

For women: Think formal tea party dresses. Feel free to embrace colors that suit the season—vibrant hues, or pastels (excluding white, pink, or blue). Please avoid wearing white, as that’s reserved for the brides! • For men: A suit or tuxedo is the perfect choice. You can play with color through ties, pocket squares, or accessories in complementary tones to create a polished look. Again, please avoid white or light shades that could resemble the bridal party’s attire. Footwear: • Formal shoes for both men and women are encouraged. High heels or dressy flats for ladies, and dress shoes or formal loafers for men. We can’t wait to see everyone in their beautiful attire as we celebrate this joyous occasion together!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:30PM. Please plan to arrive by 11:00AM to allow time for parking and seating.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Historic Post Office located in Hampton VA. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by a reception inside the main hall.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is free on-site parking available for all guests.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We love tiny dancers and cake enthusiasts of all ages. Kids are more than welcome—just make sure they bring their best dance moves!

Can I bring a plus one?

Of course! Love is meant to be shared, so if you’d like to bring someone special, just let the brides know in advance. We’ll be sure to save a seat for your sweetheart and a slice of cake!

Will transportation be provided?

While we won’t be providing transportation, we encourage you to share the journey with fellow guests. Carpooling or using ride-sharing services is a wonderful way to connect with others as you make your way to celebrate this special day with us.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket in case it gets chilly.
