This is our itinerary for all things wedding related. Please do not feel obligated to make everything. Only come and join whatever will work for you and your plans. For those traveling over, it is very important to us that you spend your time as you'd like!  

TUESDAY 7/8

Lei making day! We will meet at 3pm to make lei’s for the wedding!

WEDNESDAY 7/9

We are organizing a conservation day with Protect & Preserve Hawai’i. It is important for us to give back to the ‘Aina and do what we can with our available resources. We are hoping for all hands on deck!

Time: 9am-1pm

Location: Pia Valley

We will meet in the cul de sac at the top of Anolani St.

When you are ready, please walk directly to check in at the last truck parked at the top of Anolani St. Then, we will be directed up to the site (6-minute hike).

Please avoid congregating on the street or next to homes.

THURSDAY 7/10

Instead of a formal rehearsal dinner, we are choosing to host a luau on the beach. Please wear casual attire and bring a swim suit. There will be music, food and good vibes! **BYOB - we will provide some drinks however everyone has their own preferences so please bring whatever you like!

FRIDAY 7/11

5:30am: Our ceremony will take place at Waimanalo Beach Park for sunrise. We would like to emphasize that you do not need to attend. It is very early and we understand it will be incredibly inconvenient for most people. Our huge celebration will be in the evening at Elks Lodge so do not even sweat it! Here we will have a casual beach ceremony. We will exchange vows on the beach and then jump into the ocean right after - so bring your swimsuit to this one as well if you plan to attend! If you are able to make it, please let either Bryce or Leia know so we have a headcount!

During the day, make sure to go get your free 7/11 slurpee! Snap a pic and hashtag it #theblaneys711

5pm: We will have our most important part of the wedding - our reception! We will have a buffet style dinner with an open bar. This will be a bit more formal so no swimsuits for this one, but slippahs are always okay! After food and drinks we will dance and celebrate. We have the space from 5-10pm.

10pm: Whoever wants to join will go out and party all night or go home and get some rest!

We're so excited to celebrate with you, and your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you'd like to contribute to our future, we would greatly appreciate cash gifts towards our honeymoon or starting our home! We also added a few gifts to our registry which is always appreciated!
