Our Venue. We’ll be celebrating at the iconic Madonna Inn, known for its unique rooms and signature pink glam. From a heated year-round pool and scenic hillside views to nearby ponies, this quirky spot is full of charm. The rooms are one-of-a-kind and truly memorable, from the sparkly décor to the waterfall restrooms!
Stay a while! We've reserved a block of charming, one-of-a-kind rooms at the iconic Madonna Inn. To book, visit their website, select your room, and enter 8424 Coleman/Glaser wedding in the comments section to join our block. This only works if you book directly through the Madonna Inn website—not through sites like Expedia. Questions? Contact the bride or groom.
The wedding is Saturday, August 29, 2026, and may start as early as 3 PM. Check-in at the Madonna Inn is at 4 PM, so we recommend staying Thursday–Sunday or Friday–Sunday to settle in early. If arriving Saturday, come dressed and wedding-ready, as early check-in isn't guaranteed. The wedding party and close family should plan to stay Thursday–Sunday for the rehearsal and a smooth weekend.
The Madonna Inn sells out often, so we recommend booking early! A deposit for the first night secures your room, and it’s totally normal (and encouraged) to book 6–12 months in advance. Rooms go fast!
The Madonna Inn offers vintage charm, but note there are no elevators. ADA-accessible rooms are available—check room details or contact the hotel to confirm. Ceremony and reception areas include a few steps, so please plan accordingly. Questions? Feel free to contact the bride or groom!
