On October 10th, 2021, a friend of mine asked me to go with her to meet a guy she had been talking to for a bit. Of course, I agreed to go with her not knowing I'd be meeting my future husband this night.

I'll admit, I was not looking for a relationship at this moment in time, so I was a bit nonchalant to Nathan when we first met. As the night went on, he began to grow on me. I started acting like my true self, and we were talking like we'd known each other forever.

It was barely a day later that he was asking me on a date. I agreed, but I tried to make it difficult for him.

Our first date is one I'll never forget.

October 21st, 2021 is the day he asked me to be his girlfriend. My first favorite day with him. Now, we have been together 3 years! It's crazy how time flies, but I wouldn't change a second of it.

April 13th, 2024 is the day he proposed. My newest favorite day with him. And I can't wait for our wedding day!
