Friday is arrival day (optional). Check in anytime & find your cabin. Come and find us and say hello! Take advantage of the lakefront. Paddle boards, canoes, kayaks available to use. The Welcome Party BBQ (optional) start at 6:30pm, Bonfire to follow. Bring your instruments and singing voices to the bonfire on Friday night! The Father of the Bride is hosting a lakeside talent jamboree, and everyone’s invited to join in. Whether you’ve got a song to sing, a tune to play, or just want to enjoy the show—come be part of the fun! Let’s kick off the weekend with music, laughter, and great company by the fire.

Yes! Your cabin will have a fridge for food and drinks. Snacks in your cabin encouraged. Wedding reception is open bar.

After check-in, the concierge will provide details on parking. Parking is available closer to each cabin.

If you do not wish to stay onsite, your own arrangements can be made to stay off site in Huntsville at any available hotel, or if you are taking advantage of the location perhaps an opportunity to go camping in Algonquin might suit your fancy!

Early access to the cabins can be arranged for a reduced rate. However, the resort is closed therefor there will be no hospitality services available (no meals) until Friday night.

The resort is closed during the week before and after the wedding in preparation for the summer season.

The cost of the BBQ will be added upon check-out.
