What time does the ceremony start?
Guests are welcome from 2PM to join Tom for a bit of 'Dutch courage' before a 3PM ceremony.
Are we invited for all or part of the Wedding?
All! We are having a mid afternoon ceremony and we would love to have all of you stay to celebrate into the night with us.
What can I get you as a wedding gift?
We would absolutely love for you to join us to celebrate our day, that would be the most cherished gift!
However, if you wish to contribute, a cash gift/contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
Is there disability access?
Yes, there is full disability access and disabled facilities too. If you have any specific requests please let us know or reach out directly to the venue if you prefer.
Will you provide food?
Yes! Whilst we aren't opting for a traditional wedding breakfast as we are having a later start, we will provide nibbles/snacks after the ceremony along with the obligatory toasts and speeches (with a drink or 2 thrown in to help ease you through the formalities)
Food will be provided later in the evening to help everyone keep energised for the party!
Accommodating dietary requirements
If you have any specific dietary requirements please reach out to Tom or Leigh so we can ensure we cater to your needs
What are the options for drinks?
Guests will be provided with a post-ceremony drink and some toasting wine/bubbles for the formalities.
Theres a fab bar available throughout for you to indulge in a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (we've added the latest menu to give you an idea of options and prices)
The bride and groom accept no liability for hangovers experienced by guests!
What is the dress code?
Dust off the suits and fancy frocks and get glammed up with us aka formalish!
Can I bring a +1?
We ask that only those named on the invitations please attend as we have a strict capacity limit on the venue.
We have tried to accommodate for +1s as much as possible. If you arent sure on your invite for any reason please reach out and we can clarify.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! I think (hope) we've captured all family and friends children and included them.
If you have a rogue child that we may not be aware of, just double check so we can ensure we have sufficient food, drinks and entertainment for them.
How far is the venue from the nearest train station?
Hereford train station is a 4 minute walk to the venue (taxis are generally at a rank outside if you want to skip the walk)
We've added a few other travel related details in the travel options tab.
Can we park at the Venue?
There is parking at the venue for up to 4 cars, so pretty limited. Please let us know if you think you'll need to park so we can let the venue know.
There is no overnight parking though.
Is there accommodation nearby?
Yes, there are lots of options (see the Accommodation options tab). We will be staying in Hereford from the Friday to the Monday as well.
