Similar to most other relationships during the pandemic, Leila and Mike met on Tinder in early 2021. Leila had been commuting from Glastonbury, Connecticut and working in Springfield, Massachusetts while Mike lived in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts commuting to Somers, Connecticut for his job. These two clicked immediately spending their first date with their two dogs Brady and Rylee. Leila knew from that first day together that Mike was someone special to hold onto. He was so easy going and down to earth. She adored his optimistic view on life and how he made even the smallest day to day things seem so much fun. She could see this man in her future forever. Mike was eager to make Leila his girlfriend. He loved how thoughtful and nurturing she was. She always lit up the room with her smile and laugh. He knew he had found the one and he was ready to share all of life's adventures with her. They began meeting their friends and families, traveling the world, and becoming a family of their own. Fast forward 2 years later, Mike waited for the perfect moment to propose to Leila. While skiing on the very top of their favorite mountain in Stowe, VT, Mike got down on one knee promising Leila a lifetime of love, happiness, and adventure. From their first trip together to a proposal, these two knew Vermont would always have a special place in their hearts. They could not imagine saying "I do" anywhere else. Leila and Mike are so lucky to share this love story and important day surrounded by their favorite humans.
