Derek and Lelia went to Blackberry on their first date! They are known for their baked goods, but especially their cinnamon rolls. We recommend ordering one with a hot coffee.

This art museum was featured in the movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off. We have loved visiting here throughout the year and highly recommend the Impressionism gallery. You will have to buy tickets, but an opportunity to see works created by artists like Monet, Van Gogh, Picasso, and Cassatt is hard to pass up!

The Bean! It's a quick, 5-minute walk from the Art Institute. A Chicago must-see.

Portillo's is another Chicago classic. Derek recommends the Big Beef Sandwich (with the hot peppers!) and Lelia enjoys the Chopped Salad. If you're looking to try a Chicago-style hotdog while you're here, this is a great place to do it.
