Our Wedding

Like so many modern love stories, ours began with the swipe of an app — Bumble, to be exact. From the very first conversation, something just clicked. We found ourselves talking like old friends, joking easily, and quickly realizing that meeting in person was only a matter of time. When we finally did, that first night felt like we had known each other for years — the kind of instant connection you hope for but rarely find. Those early days were filled with miles on the road, traveling near and far just to spend time together. Every visit was an adventure, and every goodbye made the next hello even sweeter. Before long, we were building a life side by side — raising our two dogs, sharing countless meals, and learning that we make a pretty great team both in the big things and the little everyday moments. Over the years, we’ve celebrated Kansas City championships with pure joy, traveled to new places hand in hand, and supported each other through big moments and little ones. We’ve grown as individuals in our professional lives, pushing each other to dream bigger and take chances, and we couldn’t be prouder of the people we’ve each become — and the partnership we’ve built together. The proposal was a surprise carefully planned by Vince at our very first date spot, Boulevard Brewery. Disguised as his birthday party, the night took a turn when he asked the question that would change everything. For us, it was the perfect way to come full circle — turning the place where it all began into the place where our forever officially started. Now, we’re counting down the days until we can celebrate our wedding surrounded by the people we love most. This next chapter is about more than just one day — it’s about the life we’ve built, the memories still to come, and doing it all together… with plenty of love, laughter, and Kansas City pride along the way.

We’re going with semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, fun textures and color, or a sports coat paired with slacks.
