Waldenstein Castle, set on a 6,000-square-meter property, stands as a historic gem overlooking the Wieslauf Valley and the heights of the Welzheimer Wald. Originally built in the 12th century and first documented in 1251, the castle has endured a tumultuous history. After falling into disrepair, it was reconstructed around 1650. Later, a fire in 1819 partially destroyed the buildings, which were subsequently rebuilt. Today, the castle is a recognized cultural monument, consisting of six distinct buildings.

The property also includes exceptional dining and event facilities. A restaurant with a knight's hall accommodates around 100 guests, complemented by a castle bar with seating for 40, a beer garden, and a terrace. These spaces are popular for weddings and other celebrations, regularly drawing visitors to the castle.

Located in Rudersberg, Waldenstein Castle is approximately an hour (36 miles) from Stuttgart Airport. It is conveniently situated 22 miles from Ludwigsburg Train Station and 23 miles from Canstatter Wasen.

Das Schloss Waldenstein, auf einem 6.000 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück gelegen, ist ein historisches Juwel mit Blick über das Wieslauftal und die Höhen des Welzheimer Waldes. Ursprünglich im 12. Jahrhundert erbaut und erstmals 1251 urkundlich erwähnt, blickt das Schloss auf eine bewegte Geschichte zurück. Nach einer Phase des Verfalls wurde es um 1650 wiederaufgebaut. Ein Brand im Jahr 1819 zerstörte Teile der Gebäude, die anschließend rekonstruiert wurden. Heute ist das Schloss ein anerkanntes Kulturdenkmal, bestehend aus sechs verschiedenen Gebäuden.

Die Immobilie bietet zudem erstklassige Gastronomie- und Veranstaltungsräume. Ein Restaurant mit einem Rittersaal bietet Platz für etwa 100 Gäste, ergänzt durch eine Schlossbar mit 40 Sitzplätzen, einen Biergarten und eine Terrasse.
