We'd love to see our family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and no shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside, so dress accordingly for Washington weather! Heels are not recommended for our ceremony.
Where should we stay?
Paul and Lene have an AirBnb that will be our designated family hanging out spot near the venue. This way we can all spend time together throughout the weekend. We recommend getting an AirBnb, campsite, RV rental, or hotel in the Cle Elum area for sleeping!
Where will dinner be held?
Dinner will be held at Swiftwater Cellars and Italian. They have both gluten free and vegan options.
Can I take pictures?
Our ceremony will be fully covered by the photographer, so no need! We understand that you want pictures, and you will get them. However, phones are distracting, so we ask that you put phones away and let the photographer handle this one.
Where should I fly in?
Sea-Tac Airport is the closest major airport to Cle Elum. We recommend renting a car for the weekend. AMEX Travel has great deals on rental cars and your car insurance typically covers rental insurance as well.
Can I bring (friend, partner, family member, other person)?
At this time, we’re only able to accommodate those who were addressed on the invite. We want our wedding to remain small and intimate.
What will the weather be?
That’s a tough one! It’s Washington, so weather in September can truly range from 40 degrees and raining, to being in the mid 70s and sunny. We highly recommend checking the weather leading up to the wedding, and always bring a jacket and sunscreen just in case! The ceremony will be held outdoors, even in the event of rain.
