Summer of 2020 a busy summer at Peach Park, Tanner and I crossed paths. At first, it was nothing- just another face another name. He was leaving for college in August but would come home on the weekends.

Every Friday he would be back, every weekend it was the same- talking, laughing and catching up from the previous week. Before we knew it the fall had blown by, and we had begun winter.

By December, it was time. Our first date, maybe it should've been nerve-wracking, maybe it should have been awkward silences- but there wasn't. It just felt right. From that moment on, we didn't look back!
