IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie Optional and there are Color Requirements. Guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire - Evening Gowns & Tuxedos - but may also choose to wear a Formal Suit or Ankle Length Dress instead. Men are required to wear a BLACK Formal Suit or BLACK Tuxedo with a White Shirt. Women are required to wear BLACK Gowns - Ankle or Floor Length. No prints permitted. The Bride & Groom have put a great effort into planning the details of their wedding day and greatly appreciate your adherence to the dress code!

If you have questions regarding the dress code, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Bride & Groom directly at stormsennekingwedding@gmail.com

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invite. When you RSVP, you will be able to see the exact individuals that you are able to RSVP for. Additionally, plus ones have been specifically named on your invite. If the plus one listed is unable to attend, you will not be permitted to bring an alternate plus one.

Are Children Invited?

As much as we love our little ones, due to venue restrictions and environment, we have decided to only invite guests who are twenty-one and older.

HOW SHOULD I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab and follow the prompts.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Kindly RSVP by August 1, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after August 1, 2024 will be marked as a 'no'. We will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after the deadline and will be unable to accommodate late RSVPs - you will be missed!

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The Ceremony & Reception will be held indoors.

HOW DOES SEATING AT THE CEREMONY WORK?

The Ceremony will be 'open seating' within your designated side. Ushers will greet you at the door and guide you to the appropriate side. We encourage guests to sit as close to the front as possible!

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

The Ceremony will be starting promptly at 1:00pm with final seating for guests at 12:50pm. We recommend guests arrive between 12:30pm and 12:45pm so there is time to mingle, find a seat, and get settled. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the Ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception. Thank you for your understanding!

CAN WE CONGRATULATE THE BRIDE & GROOM AFTER THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that you do not mingle with the Bride & Groom, along with the Wedding Party, after the Ceremony. The Bride & Groom will be leaving immediately for pictures. Please hold all congratulations for the Cocktail Hour, which the Bride & Groom will be attending starting at 5pm.

CAN WE TAKE OUR OWN PICTURES & VIDEOS THROUGHOUT THE DAY?

Our Ceremony inside the Church will be UNPLUGGED out of respect for the Eucharist and the Bride & Groom. For this, we kindly ask ALL phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception. This is a very special day for the Bride & Groom. They have the most amazing photography team documenting the entire day. Please respect the couple's wishes as well as the photography team by keeping your phones and cameras away at the Ceremony.

HOW DOES SEATING AT THE RECEPTION WORK?

For the Reception, there will be assigned seating. The Bride & Groom have carefully arranged tables so that guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). When you enter the venue, you will be able to refer to a seating chart which will direct you to your specific table based on number. At the table, you will be assigned a specific seat that will have your name at it. Take a moment to look at your place card as the Bride & Groom have left each guest a special note!

is there an open bar?

The Bride & Groom would not have it any other way! Cheers!
