We want our guests to look and feel their best! We kindly request that guests dress formally. For the men a suit and tie. For the ladies a floor or midi length fancy dress or a pant suit. Be as creative as you want! We just ask that you refrain from wearing any champagne or majority white colors.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to strict numbers. If you need help with making arrangements, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Unless stated on your invitation, we sadly cannot accomidate additional guests. We want to celebrate this day with our closest family and friends, allowing us time to spend with those we love most. We thank you for understanding!

Of course! We love pictures! We just ask that you kindly refrain from taking photos during our unplugged ceremony. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage taking photos!

If you are staying for the long weekend, we recommend the Strathallen Hotel as there are many places to eat, shop, and hang out near by. There will also be a shuttle to and from the venue. It is a bit further from the venue so if you would prefer a shorter drive we recommend the Rochester Airport Marriott. There are other hotels around and some Airbnb and VRBO options.

Yes! There will be a shuttle to the venue from the Strathallen Hotel.

There is plenty of free parking on-site at our venue. Guests will be allowed to leave cars overnight however the gates to the parking lot will close at 11:00 P.M. and reopen at 10:00 A.M. the following morning.

Dinner will be buffet style! Please reach out to the bride or groom with any severe food restrictions. There will be an open bar with beer, wine, cider, and a signature cocktail. There will also be a water station and coffee for a late-night pick-me-up!
