The deadline to book your stay within our room block at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun is June 25, 2025. If you need to cancel your trip, cancellations made on or before this date will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations between June 26, 2025, and July 25, 2025, will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations between July 26, 2025, and August 29, 2025, will forfeit both the initial and second deposits. From August 30, 2025, the entire trip cost is nonrefundable. We encourage you to book early and reach out to our travel agency with any questions you may have.

We recommend booking through our travel agent. It is a very easy process, and a driver will be waiting for you with clearly marked signage.

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, either short or long, while gentlemen should opt for a suit and tie.

Due to the nature of the all-inclusive resort, there is a $180 fee associated with being a guest on the property. Additionally, there would be the added cost of transportation, and we want you to participate in all the wedding activities. Ultimately, this is an option, but we recommend staying at Hyatt Ziva with us.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults- only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

November in Cancun offers beautiful weather with warm temperatures, averaging between 75°F (24°C) and 85°F (29°C). Expect plenty of sunshine! We recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket for cooler evenings.
