Our love story began in March of 2018, when we met up for a date at Frank Theatres in Blacksburg, VA. Stephen was early, but had to take an Uber because his truck wouldn’t start (what a sign of commitment!). Leslie was fashionably late, like usual, dropping her phone upon arrival making everyone turn around and look.

What started out as a friendly competition at a game of bowling has turned into the most wonderful seven years. We have had so many adventures, including; loving our sweet girl, Raver, unconditionally, moving to High Point, NC (buying a house and Leslie learning to drive in “traffic”), experiencing job changes, the pandemic, and even traveling outside of the country.

On Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, Stephen proposed to Leslie on their back patio of their home in High Point, a location that held a special place in both Leslie and Stephen’s heart, as it was Raver’s favorite place. It was the most unexpected, perfect night of Leslie’s life.

We have shared so many amazing memories over the years and are excited to see our future together as husband and wife. We are eloping in Las Vegas, however; we are looking forward to celebrating with all of our family and friends on May 3rd, 2025 when we return!
