Formal Cocktail Attire - Unlike a black-tie dress code, an evening gown or tuxedo is not necessary for a formal cocktail event! Ladies are recommended for a midi to full-length dress or a dressy cocktail dress. For the men, we recommend a classic suit and tie.

Please arrive at 4:00 PM to the ceremony. We will be providing bus transportation departing the Courtyard Gainesville at 3:45 PM.

While we dearly love all the littles in our lives, we're excited to celebrate our commitment to one another with all of our adult family and friends. Our ceremony and reception will be adults only, please.

We are getting married outdoors under a beautiful, covered pavilion. September weather in Georgia can still feel hot or it may start to cool off. We will provide fans if necessary. Cocktail hour will also be held outdoors, weather permitting.

During the ceremony, we ask that everyone refrain from using your personal cameras or phones, as we have hired professional photographers to capture the day and will be very sad if we have camera flashes in the background. As for the reception, YES please!

YES!! Keep on your dancing shoes because we will continue the party at the Antler Room in downtown located above Stag Chop House! We've bought it out exclusively for our guests. This bar is located in the main square and walking distance from the hotel.
