Letícia and Matthew love story began on June 8th 2018, at a local Planet Fitness gym, where Matt worked at the front desk.

Letícia often saw Matt around the gym and had her eyes on him for quite some time. She had even pointed him out to her mom once, but her shyness always held her back. She never found the courage to start a conversation or even say a simple hello!

One beautiful afternoon in June, Letícia finally gathered the courage to approach Matt at the front desk and introduce herself. She says it was a completely spontaneous moment—nothing she had planned at all! It was just her gut telling her, Just do it! What do you have to lose? Make a move! So, without overthinking, she handed him her phone number and quickly ran away!

A few hours later, they started talking, gradually getting to know each other a little more each day. Before long, they planned their first date—and from that moment on, their connection only deepened. It goes without saying that they quickly began to fall more and more in love with each passing day.

Every moment together felt like a dream. That summer was filled with love and adventure—Matt had a way of making Letícia smile like no one else ever had. They weren’t just a couple; they became best friends and soulmates.

On August 24, 2018, Matt had something important to do, and he was more than ready for it. With a bouquet of Letícia’s favorite flowers in hand, he asked her to be his girlfriend. She couldn’t believe it—her heart raced with excitement! She was already head over heels in love with him, and this was the moment she had been waiting for. And, of course, you already know her answer!

For almost six years, Letícia and Matthew shared their lives in a serious committed relationship full of love, passion, laughs and sometimes tears but they always face every challenge together. It wasn’t always easy, but their love remained unshakable, growing stronger with each passing day.

On July 4, 2024 Matthew planned the perfect proposal. As the sun began to set, he took Letícia to a secluded beach, just the two of them, with no one else around. The moment was intimate, unique, and completely unexpected—she had no idea what was coming.

He quietly whisked her away from the house and took her to the beach. As they walked along the sand, talking and enjoying the peaceful evening, he suddenly stopped. She turned around to find him on one knee, holding up a ring. With a smile, he asked, Will you marry me?

Tears instantly filled their eyes as the moment sunk in. Overcome with emotion, Letícia exclaimed, Yes, yes, yes! Matt carefully placed the stunning ring on her finger. They embraced tightly, sharing a kiss, before sitting down together on the sand, savoring the magic of the moment.
