Our Wedding

It all started when I went line dancing with my friend Sarah. I told her I wanted to date again. She suggested I try Facebook dating. Sunday night I made a profile and went through the tedious job of scrolling through endless pictures and profiles. I came upon Greg's profile which was named "Dog Dad". I thought it was corny, but I liked his pictures and I thought he was cute. I gave his profile a little heart. The next day I got a message from Greg. He said he was glad we connected and asked about my weekend. He made a weird joke and then gave me his number and promised me that he would not blow up my phone if I texted him mine. I texted him and he proceeded to blow up my phone and has blown up my phone since then.
 
The next day he asked if he could call me. I said yes. We talked on the phone for over an hour. We had an amazing conversation; it was like we had been friends all our lives. We both wanted to keep talking but he had to go pick up his mom at the airport with his dad. I couldn't resist. I needed to meet him in person. I asked him on date. We met up that Wednesday night at Lola Gaspar's in DTSA. We ate, we talked, we walked around, and we enjoyed an ice cream cone. Our date was six hours, but it felt like one. It was easy from day one, like doing the ones times table. As time went on, we discovered our love for food and cooking, for funny movies, for taco trucks, for our friends and family and for scaring each other. We blended our dog family and just like us they loved each other immediately. We laughed so hard our stomachs hurt! We were falling in love.
 
As things got more serious, we got to know each other deeply. We told each other things we had never shared with others. We had deep convos and ugly cries. We talked about goals and dreams, wounds and healing. We had fights but worked on fighting fair and communicating with honesty and vulnerability even if it's hard, painful and embarrassing. We made a conscious commitment to work on ourselves as individuals to bring the best we can to our relationship. Its everyday work that we enjoy doing and commit to do for the rest of our lives. 
 
We look forward to a joyful, bright, loving, fulfilling future! But before that we get to party all night long with our close friends and family. See you all on the dance floor!!!

Patty and I have been friends for 17 years. We have cried to each other about many break ups, we have traveled together around the world, danced together, and even worked together. Patty took care of me when I got a kidney stone that I thought was going to kill me while partying in Mexico. She's a ride or die friend.  No matter what happens, Patty has been there for me both in a professional and personal aspect.  I cannot get married without her by my side.

Guille is my soul sister. Since we met, we knew we were going to be friends forever. She is an inspiration to me and always encourages me to be better than yesterday. We encourage each other in every way.  Shes my walking sunshine!

I didn't get to grow up with my 88 first cousins because we moved to the USA. However, in recent years I have become close to my cousin Aide. She is a loving, caring, funny, strong, smart, fun, selfless soul. She is like another sister to me. There is no way I wouldn't want her with me on this special day.

As soon as I met Mario I clicked with him. He is the sweetest, kindest, warmest man. We became fast friends. We both love music, food and horror movies.  We have traveled, watched scary movies and gone to concerts together.  When I met Greg, he was one of the first friends I introduced him to. He obviously, loved him!

Frank is like the little brother I never had. I met him in business 9 years ago, but he has become a close friend. I love his family and my family loves him. We have cooked together, traveled together and enjoyed many foody adventures too. There is no way I would say yes without having my most stylish friend with me.
