The ceremony and reception will be held at the Rustic Hopewell Barn in Urbana, IN. Weather permitting, it will be an outdoor ceremony with the reception indoors. If the weather were to disagree with our plans, the ceremony would be moved indoors.

We are so happy to say yes! The venue is very accommodating in this regard. There will be a golf cart available for those who want or need assistance getting from one place to another. We want everyone to enjoy this day with us without concerns about accessibility.

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight rompers and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. Shorts are permitted. Do NOT wear white, please and thank you.

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, the names on the invitation are the ones we have seats for. Please do not bring any additional guests.

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will give you time to park, walk to the ceremony area, sign our guestbook, and find a seat. We appreciate your punctuality and can't wait to see you on this special day!

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we ask that you do not take your own pictures during the ceremony. We invite you to be in the moment with us and share in this beautiful day without technology. Pictures after the ceremony are allowed and extremely encouraged!
