We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! Below are some answers to questions you might have as you prepare. If you don’t see an answer to your question, feel free to reach out!

1. When is the wedding?

- July 19th, 2025
- 3:00 PM
The ceremony will be pretty brief and will be followed by a reception. We recommend arriving a little early to settle in (15-25 minutes).

2. Where is the wedding taking place?


CCMI: the Congregational Church on Mercer Island
Address: 4545 Island Crest Way, Mercer Island, WA 98040


We’ll be celebrating at the Congregational Church on Mercer Island, a beautiful spot on Mercer Island. Check out the Things to Do page for suggestions on what to do around the area before or after the wedding!


The ceremony will be held in a partially shaded outdoors space. Most of the seating requires descending a flight of stairs though we will have a few spaces that don't require climbing stairs. The reception will largely be held indoors on the first floor. There will be seating and bathrooms but no air conditioning. July highs are typically 70 to 80 F in this area.

3. Where is the reception?


The ceremony and reception are both at CCMI. Once you made it, you made it for the night!

4. Do I need to RSVP?


Yes, please! Kindly RSVP by May 31st. You can RSVP directly on this website through our RSVP form (which we haven't launched yet and will do when we send formal invitations). This helps us ensure we have enough food, drinks, and seating for everyone.

5. What is the dress code?


Semi-formal or dressy casual. Think summer wedding vibes! Examples include khakis with a short-sleeved button-up, a simple suit (tie optional), or a breezy summer dress. Feel free to dress up more if you’d like—cocktail dresses or suit-and-tie are welcome too. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and casual wear. Part of the celebration will be outdoors, so keep the July warmth in mind - July highs are typically 70 to 80 F.

6. Will there be parking available?


Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available at the venue. If you’re driving, there should be plenty of room and you can leave your car overnight and pick up the next day if that helps plan your evening. Both fun and safety are our priority, so feel free to Lyft or Uber if preferred. Also, carpooling can be fun if you want to meet up with friends:) - just an idea!

7. Can I bring a plus one?


If you’re invited with a plus one, you should see their name or a plus one note in the invitation. If you didn’t receive a plus-one, please check your invitation for details. If you have any specific requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

8. Are children invited?


We love kids, and we’ve decided to keep our celebration open to everyone! There will be a play area on the premises that kids can use and a room that can be used for breastfeeding or changing diapers. Please also know that there will be alcohol and music will be played at volume. We appreciate your understanding.

9. Is there a hotel block for guests?

10. What if I have dietary restrictions?


We want everyone to enjoy the food! We'll plan to have vegetarian, vegan, and peanut-free options. If you have other requests (e.g., gluten-free, other allergies) please let us know when you RSVP.

11. What should I do if I need to cancel or change my RSVP?


We totally understand that life happens and things come up. If you need to cancel or change your RSVP, please contact us as soon as possible via email at levi.d.lundell@gmail.com or text/call us at 941-465-7557.

12. Is there anything to do in the area while I’m visiting?


Yes! Mercer Island and Seattle offer a variety of activities for all interests and July is an amazing time to visit the Left Coast. Visit our Things to do page for recommendations on outdoor adventures, local attractions, food, and more!

13. What time does the reception end?


The reception will end at 10:00 PM. You don't have to go home, but you can drink beer.... somewhere else please. We’ll be partying into the night, so come ready to dance and celebrate!
