Our Wedding

<p>I met Tyler in Statesboro in college through mutual friends, we ended up together at a concert and hung out the whole night. However, I had just found out I got into nursing school and told him I would be “too busy” for a boyfriend. With some scheming from our friends, we found our selves back together at a Ducks Unlimited volunteer event. We continued talking after that and hanging out more and more. I thought he was so perfect, I tried to set him up with all of my friends, because I would still be “too busy” for a boyfriend. He said he didn’t care about being set up with anyone, he just wanted to keep hanging out even if we were just friends. We continued hanging out for a year, we met each other’s friends and family, we went to date nights and he had been my support system through my first semester of nursing school. He finally gave me an ultimatum and said we clearly liked each other so we just need to actually admit we’re dating or actually just be friends. I gave in and we started actually dating in August of 2019 after a whole year of “being friends.” It has truly been the best 4 years with Tyler and I’m so excited to spend forever with him. He is so selfless, caring, gentle and patient with me and understands me like no one else in this world does.</p>
