What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day with us! Dress code is cocktail attire (cocktail dresses, dress pants etc). Due to our theme, feel free to wear a dress or suit/tie based on your Hogwarts House, if you so choose.
Colors include Gryffindor (Scarlet and Gold), Slytherin (Emerald and Silver), Ravenclaw (Blue and Bronze), and Hufflepuff (Black and Yellow). Please no white ❤️
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one it will be indicated on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids Invited?
We love all the littles in both of our families and are grateful for the time we have with them! However, due to the venue type, venue policy, and timeline for the evening, we will be keeping our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception adult-only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Where can we stay?
For our out of town guests, we have reserved a hotel block at Four Points Sheraton in Eastlake, nearby to the venue. More information on the hotel is listed on the travel portion of our website!
Will there be a bar?
Yes; we ask that our guests fill out the drink questionnaire when completing their RSVP so we are able to accommodate an appropriate amount of beverages for the night!
Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?
All wedding events will be within LaVera's Crystal Room. Following the ceremony, guests will be asked to leave the reception hall for approximately 15 minutes in order to allow the cocktail hour and reception to be set up. During this time we will ask immediate family to participate in our post ceremony photos.
Can I take pictures?
We will be having a photographer, and are requesting an "unplugged" ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like; We also ask that if you post pictures to please use our hashtag or send to us! #BuckYeahIDo
What do I do if I can't make it?
We ask that you RSVP prior to the deadline (August 7th 2023), and if not, you will be greatly missed! Should any last minute changes occur, please reference this website or contact 4404785827.

What's for dinner?
For our cocktail hour there will be an hors d'oeuvres station; dinner will include plated salad selection and family style beef tenderloin, chicken piccata, and pasta. We will be providing a diverse amount of options to accommodate our guests with allergies and preferences - please send us a message if there are any concerns. There will also be pizza later in the evening.
