We will have a cookie table in addition to cake at the celebration! Guests are welcome to bring a dozen of your favorite cookies to add to the table. There will also be to-go boxes provided to take home as many cookies as you want - PLEASE take home as many cookies as you’re able or willing to!

The tradition of wedding cookie tables originates in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania, an area rich in culture and ethnic diversity. In lieu of gifts, guests would bring cookies for the table.

Not only will this be a great way to showcase the diversity amongst our friends and family, but we will also get to enjoy lots of different varieties of cookies/treats (yum)! This tradition represents family, heritage, and how communities can come together to create abundance. We hope this unique touch will be as enjoyable for you all as much as it will be meaningful for us. 🤍
