When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 3 March 2023.
Can I bring a +1?
Please check your invite for your +1.
Are kids welcome?
Children are welcome to attend the Ceremony.
The Reception is an adults only affair (on account of licensed venue & venue safety).
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive to the Ceremony at 1:00pm, and no later than 1:25pm. All guests to be seated by 1:30pm (you don't want to be walking in with the bride!).
Please arrive to the Reception at 5:30pm - you don't want to miss the fun we have planned.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Both the Ceremony and Reception are outdoors.
The Reception is inside a marquee, so be prepared to enjoy the starry night.
What will the weather be like?
April is autumn in Perth. Warm sunny days and cooler nights. Between 16-27°C / 56-77°F.
Are the Ceremony and Reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange assistance.
What should I wear?
The dress code is Black Tie, so break out the sparkles and fashion!
What kind of shoes should I wear?
The Ceremony is on grass, so we suggest something comfortable.
The Reception is on normal hard flooring, and there will be plenty of time for a shoe change.
Can I take photos/video during the Ceremony?
For the Ceremony, we kindly ask you be present with us and enjoy the moment. Please do not take photos or video, nor use phones or cameras.
Can I take photos/video AFTER the Ceremony?
Yes. AFTER the Ceremony, please feel free to snap away. We love a good dance floor action shot/video!
Note: We have an amazing photographer and videographer who will be capturing the entire wedding, so if you are taking photos/video we kindly ask you be mindful and respectful of them.
Is there a break between the Ceremony and Reception?
Yes. There'll be roughly 2.5hrs between Ceremony and Reception.
What should I do between the Ceremony and Reception?
This time is allotted for you to drop off kids, have a little refresh, and get ready to dance all night! There are some great cafes/bars by the beach just 5min walk from the Ceremony venue, and the Reception is only a 10-12 minute drive away.
What time will the Reception end?
Late.
What if I am traveling to Perth with my kids?
We will have details for pre-vetted and trusted babysitters to use for the evening. Please let us know ahead of time if you think you'll need this service.
Is there parking at the Ceremony and Reception venues?
Yes, there is parking at both. However, if you know the bride and groom you'll know Uber/Taxi is the way to go after the Reception! ;-)
