Guests are expected to be in ALL BLACK attire at the wedding.

Yes, a charter bus will be picking guests up from the Hyatt Hotel Gilbert and leaving at 2:45 pm for arrival by 3:30 pm to the venue. (Immediate family will be picked up at 1:00 pm for transportation to the venue for pre-ceremony photos). There will be three departure times from the venue back to the Hyatt Hotel at 9, 10, and 11 pm. Wedding guests who are not staying at the Hyatt Hotel Gilbert can still choose to park there for free to take the charter bus to and from the venue. Hotel parking is free and there is also a free parking garage next to the hotel in case the hotel parking lot is full.

As much as we would love to have all family members present, we’ve decided to make the weekend festivities ADULTS ONLY. We hope you understand & can’t wait to see you there!
