There are plenty of hotels nearby in the small town of Ellsworth, ME. Even better, we are 40 minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor with some beautiful views and hotels as well! Many of us will be renting local Airbnb's and Vrbo's for the weekend. All are welcome to pitch a tent in the field the night of the wedding if you choose! Please keep in mind August is a highly popular time to visit Acadia National park or Bar Harbor- if you plan to stay in these areas you should book your accommodations ASAP! The hotels closer to the venue in Ellsworth, ME will be much more affordable and fill up less quickly.

Dress Casual! Our wedding party will be dressed formally but we want our guests to be comfortable and be able to enjoy the evening. Most importantly, be prepared for lots of dancing.

We will have a barbeque buffet for dinner (BBQ meats, salads, mac n cheese, comfort food, etc.) Please feel free to BYOB- we will provide some alcohol and beers but we encourage everyone to bring your favorite drinks!

Although there is not much to do in the town of Franklin itself, Acadia National Park is only a 35-40 minute drive! We encourage everyone to check out the national park and downtown Bar Harbor. We have spent lots of time in Acadia and it's views never get old!

We will have limited parking at the farm. Please do what you can with those you are traveling with to carpool so we can reduce the number of cars. Thank you!!

8/9 @ 4:30pm As a fun "night before" event we will be doing a "Fitzpatrick Wedding Cornhole Tournament." Feel free to come by and play or just hangout at the farm with us the night before the wedding!
